(Breathitt County) Two men were arrested in Breathitt County by a Drug Task Force after a two month investigation. Juan Manuel Perez Neito age 35 of Alcoa, Tn. and Fred Napier Jr. age 42 of Clayhole, Ky. were charged with Trafficking Marijuana Over 5 lbs. with additional charges possible pending further investigation. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle operated by Mr. Napier and Kentucky State Police K-9 alerted on drugs which were in the vehicle. As a result of the traffic stop two search warrants were also executed in
Breathitt County. Seized in the investigation was over 50 lbs. of marijuana, a large amount of cash, and weapons.
