Harlan Man Sentenced

• {Kentucky}...Fifty-eight year old Garrell Freeman of Harlan was sentenced to five years in prison Monday after police say his vehicle crossed the center line on US 119 at Page in Bell County and hit a truck driven by 80 year old Chester Miracle in July 2010. Freeman and Miracle sustained multiple injuries and were flown from the scene to the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, where Miracle died a few hours later. Freeman faced second degree manslaughter charges, but the charges were amended to reckless homicide.
