Woman Attacks With Chemicals

(Louisville)  A bizarre assault has a Louisville woman facing charges. According to Louisville Metro Police, just before 5 p.m. Tuesday 21-year-old Devan Alexander was arguing with a woman on West Kentucky Street near the Shawnee Expressway over an incident that happened earlier in the day. Investigators say Alexander used pepper spray on the woman, then threw an unknown liquid on her which burned her skin. Alexander is facing assault charges.
