(Louisville) The Kentucky Office of Highway Safety is teaming up with Metro Louisville Police to campaign against drunken driving. The "Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over" campaign is kicking off Thursday at the Kentucky State Fair in Louisville, according to a statement from the Office of Highway Safety. The enforcement and educational initiative will begin Aug. 19 and last until Labor Day. The campaign is meant to help save lives. Figures from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration show that nearly 11,000 people were killed in highway crashes in 2009 involving a driver with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 or higher.Sunday, August 21, 2011
