No Charges For Wife Who Killed Husband

  • (Kentucky)   Police say they won't file charges against a woman they say shot and killed her husband Friday night. Police say she shot Eugene Henderson after an argument. Henderson later died at the hospital. Officers say she had a domestic violence order against him. A neighbor says she knew the suspected shooter and that even though it got rough before, Henderson had been living with his wife for weeks. "He had been there 3 weeks and no arguments, no nothing," said the neighbor. "No police called. No nothing. Then, I mean, she always argued before he came. But, she went and picked him up and brought him over there." Metro police say because of the order and a recommendation from the Commonwealth Attorney they're not going to charge Henderson's wife with murder.
