{Lexington, Kentucky}...Lexington Mayor Jim Gray and University of Kentucky President Eli Capilouto announced Friday that former University of Kentucky executive vice president for finance and admission Frank Butler has been tapped as the new project manager for the Rupp Arena Arts and Entertainment District. Butler will focus on design details for the district and how to pay for it.
