{Catlettsburg, Kentucky}...Thirty year old John Elliott, Jr. of Catlettsburg, was arrested Monday afternoon on manslaughter charges in connection with the death of his daughter, 2 year old Summer Adkins. Boyd County Sheriff Terry Keelin says Adkins lived with her mother in Carter County, but was at a babysitter's home in Boyd County when she died in March.
